Dream Oasis - Treatments - Aesthetic Beauty Treatments - Sculptra

What is Sculptra?

Sculptra is sometimes referred to as the liquid face lift and unlike surgical options Sculptra can provide gradual natural looking results.

A clinical study has shown that the aesthetic improvements obtained with sculptra have persisted for up to 2 years and sometimes longer.

What is Sculptra good for?

Sculptra is used to restore volume and contour defects (e.g. sunken cheeks). It contains synthetic poly-lactic acid which is non-allergenic and biodegradable.

Sculptra differs from other injectable products in that the full effect is seen immediately. It works by stimulating the production of new collagen and elastic tissues in the skin and so gradually smoothing out wrinkles and generally improving skin thickness and texture.

How long will it last?

After approximately 6 weeks improvements can be seen depending on the effects of previous injections patients may have follow up treatments 4 weeks apart and usually require no more than 3 treatments.

The results of Sculptra may last for up to 2 years.

What procedure is used?

Sculptra is injected into the deep dermis or subcataneous layer of the skin.

What does it cost for a Sculptra treatment?

£300 per vial (one treatment)

3 treatments recommended £750 at monthly intervals.
